Questions about digital products
TVP Desktop Presets will work for any camera, and the Mobile Presets will work for iPhone or Android. Each camera type has a slightly different colour profile from one to the next, so your editing requirements will change depending on the device you shoot with.
You can use any of the presets on jpegs, but the desktop presets are most effective on RAW files so you may need to spend more time tweaking the preset. The mobile presets are intended for compressed files so they will work best for jpeg files.
These presets are strictly for usage in Lightroom, Lightroom mobile & Adobe Camera Raw. Each pack is designed for either Desktop OR mobile. Lightroom & ACR are available for purchase through Adobe. Lightroom Mobile is free.
Technically any preset can be used in Lightroom mobile, but if the preset pack does not specifically say “mobile”, it hasn’t been formatted for mobile use so you’d have to format it for mobile use yourself.
Once you have placed your order, you will automatically be sent an email containing a link to your product(s). You will need to unzip the download (on a desktop) before you can access the files. Follow the instructions included in your downloads to upload your files to your computer or mobile device.
Some products are intended for mobile use and some are intended for desktop only. In your receipt email, there will be specific instructions to download mobile products and specific instructions to download desktop products. If you try to download a product on your phone without reading the instructions, you might get locked out. So make sure to follow the instructions exactly to prevent this. (Reach out with your order number if you have any issues!)
The presets are actually sent immediately upon purchase but often land in your spam folder. You also may have inputted your email incorrectly. If you have checked your spam folder and still can’t locate them, send me an email and I’ll resend them.
No you don’t – just send me an email with your order number and I’ll resend your files over. (Back your files up to prevent this from happening.)
To prevent piracy, I have set a limit to how many times your presets can be downloaded. This error can happen due to multiple failed attempts to download the product or not following the instructions properly. But not to worry! Reach out with your order number and I’ll help you solve it.
Sharing my digital products with other users is strictly prohibited. Not only is it incredibly disrespectful to the work I have done, it is also considered software piracy. Sharing is traceable – all verified instances of sharing will be reported to the authorities and legal action will be taken to the fullest extent of the law.
To prevent piracy, there is a time limit for downloads. So make sure you download your files right away. If you have previously downloaded your files, they are not lost – they are still on your computer unless you have specifically deleted them. If you have not downloaded them in time or are unable to locate your files, send me an email with your order number and I will regenerate your download permissions.
Because of the variety of versions offered by Lightroom and the numerous operating systems, there is no “one” method of installing your presets. You can always check out Youtube for precise instructions on preset installation specific to your operating system and Lightroom version. Alternatively, check that “Store presets with this catalog” is checked in your Lightroom preferences. (From the top menu bar, navigate to Preferences -> Presets -> Visibility). If you’re still having issues, fire off an email with your order number and I will help you sort it out.
Due to the digital nature of these products, I don’t offer refunds or exchanges at this time as there is no verifiable way of returning the product back to me. All sales are final. But I am more than happy to help with any issues or questions you may have – I am just an email away.

Innocent and sweet young love. Sentimental details. Love that stands the test of time. It’s totally okay if none of this sounds like you. There are so many amazing artists out there and I’m certain that the most important thing for you to do is find the photographer who suits you and your vision best. The one who makes you most comfortable. But if that’s me, I can’t wait to work with you!
Of course I will help you with this! In fact, one of the best ways I help you with this is by getting in front of the lens once a year with my family.
Let me get real honest with you here. Being a model is HARD. It’s uncomfortable and awkward and you’re constantly wondering, “do I look stupid right now?” But I promise you this: if you and your partner have chemistry, or you and your family are playful and know how to have fun together, then your session will be amazing. At the end of the day, it’s all about chemistry! As a photographer, I can’t invent that! It’s either there or it’s not. Your family is either stiff or they are fun. I will remind you constantly that it’s my job to document LOVE – and I eat that shiz up. I absolutely love it. So keep this tucked away for when I tell you to snuggle and stay in their embrace.
Parents – don’t freak out if your kids are freaking out. The more relaxed you stay, the more settled your kids will be. I’m in no rush and I am a mom, so I get it. I really do get it. Do your best to let your guard down around me and I will do my best to make sure that it shows.
I edit every single image that I hand back to you. I love timeless, warm images. I edit about 67% in colour and 33% in black and white (give or take). Everything you get back will be edited the same as what you see on my website. Every delivered image will be retouched to perfection. Touch-ups are made to remove distractions. If you require further touch-up’s to your images, this can be done for an additional price on a picture by picture basis.
I take an extremely limited number of bookings each year so if you would like to book, I recommend booking sooner than later. I am typically booked 6+ months in advance for lifestyle sessions.
As per the contract, the retainer fee is non-refundable but transferable.
There are no refunds on any package unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Sessions can yield anywhere between 50-250 images, depending on the session.
Sessions are scheduled Monday – Friday during the morning, usually around 10AM, to optimize on the best light. Depending on the time year, we can sometimes push the start time to approx 12PM based on your needs.
All my sessions include full printing rights to your images which means that you print them as many times as you want, as large as you want and give them to whoever you want as long as you don’t sell them. Photographers retain the copyrights to their images so they can use them for their portfolio, promotional purposes, social media, etc. (Without the use of these images, you wouldn’t have been able to see what I’m capable of!)
